I accept most commercial insurance plans and can help you navigate your benefits. I am out-of-network with Medicaid, but can submit claims on your behalf or provide a superbill for reimbursement.

For clients who prefer to pay privately, I also offer a sliding-scale rate for cash-pay services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee.
